Pick Up and Shipping

Pick up at no cost from our location in Salah Eddin Street, No.19 during working hours, or with coordination. Always call us on 02-6275858.

Internal standard delivery in within few days, international standard delivery is within 2 weeks and subject to local post authorities working hours. Priority shipping is 3-5 days, tracked.

Cancellation

Please be advised that cancellations made within 24 working hours can be cancelled with no cost by contacting our team at info@educationalbookshop.com - please reference your order number. You right to cancel within this window is protected without a penalty.

Cancellations made after 24 hours of ordering will be subject to approval by our team. If the books are not shipped by then, the cancellation will be approved without a penalty, however, if the books were sent, the cancellation will be approved once the books are returned to us new and in good shape. Refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.
